G-INews, KANPUR : – The grand finale of HACK IITK 2026, India’s premier all-India cybersecurity hackathon, officially commenced today at the Outreach Auditorium, IIT Kanpur. Organized by C3iHub, the event brings together the nation’s top ethical hackers and innovators to solve critical digital security challenges.
The inauguration also marked a milestone in India’s “Atmanirbhar Bharat” journey with the official unveiling of C3iHub’s indigenously developed Learning Management System (LMS), a secure and scalable platform designed to revolutionize digital education.
Strengthening India’s Cyber Resilience
The opening ceremony was headlined by Chief Guest Binod Kumar Singh, IPS, Director General of Cyber Crime, UP Police. A centerpiece of the morning was the panel discussion, “Towards Resilience: Need of Secure-by-Design Innovation.” Experts argued that security must be embedded into the foundation of new technologies rather than treated as an afterthought.
High-Stakes Competition: Solution Track & CTFThe hackathon features two intense competitive tracks focusing on domains like cryptography, IoT security, digital forensics, and automotive security:Solution Track: Finalists presented innovative prototypes at the Technopark Auditorium, aiming to bridge real-world security gaps.

Capture The Flag (CTF): At 3:00 PM, elite hackers began a real-time battle at the C3iHub Multipurpose Hall to identify and patch vulnerabilities in simulated environments.C3iHub Unveils Indigenous LMS for Digital EducationIn a move toward technological self-reliance, C3iHub launched its domestic Learning Management System (LMS). Built on a “Simple, Secure, Scalable” philosophy, the platform is designed to provide institutions with a robust alternative to foreign software.“Our indigenous LMS is more than just a tool; it is a commitment to redefining how we learn by putting total control and powerful analytics into the hands of those who need them most,” said Dr. Anand Handa, CSO of C3iHub.
