GIN, Kanpur: Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thai Green Power Solutions (TGPS Global), Thailand, and the Green Carpet Foundation, marking a major step toward international academic and technological collaboration.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the IRAC Cell, Room #112CA, Centre for Academics.The agreement was formalized under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kumar Pathak, reflecting the university’s continued efforts to build meaningful global partnerships. The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Sudhanshu Pandiya, Dean of the IRAC Cell, on behalf of CSJMU, and Ms. Ponsana David, CEO–India, Bangkok, representing TGPS Global.The collaboration aims to advance joint initiatives in Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles, Blockchain Technology, Research and Development, Skill Development, Faculty Empowerment, Start-up Mentoring, and Technical Consultations. It also opens pathways for international internships, training programs, hackathons, innovation projects, and global exposure opportunities for CSJMU students. The partnership further emphasizes international student recruitment, strengthening CSJMU’s global academic presence.The MoU marks a strategic milestone for the university, aligning with its commitment to expanding international cooperation and enhancing opportunities for students and faculty in emerging technologies and global industries.The ceremony was attended by several distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Alok Kumar, Director of UIET; Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Mishra, Associate Dean; Dr. Vikas Saini, Coordinator of the IRAC Cell; along with Mr. Murugesan Kandaswamy, Founder and CMD of TGPS Global, and international student coordinators.
