2. SARTH: The Physical HubThe clinical side of the policy is managed through SARTH (Students’ Assistance, Recovery, and Therapeutic Hub). Beyond private consultations, SARTH oversees “Gatekeeper Training,” a mandate requiring faculty and student leaders to undergo “Ask-Listen-Refer” training to identify peers in distress.
